What to Expect

Before You Arrive

Before starting your first day at EyeSouth Partners, there are several pre-employment initiatives you will need to complete.

Required Tasks

After you receive your offer letter, you will receive an email with instructions for logging in to our New Hire Onboarding Portal via UKG to complete your required onboarding tasks and instructions from Simpliverified to complete background and health (Drug/TB) screenings. While each employee’s task list will differ, some standard tasks include:

Initiating pre-employment health screenings, all new employees must successfully pass a drug screening. Individuals in patient-facing roles will be required to complete a TB screening. Failure to complete these screenings before the 3-day expiration as outlined on the e-screening pass may result in the offer of employment being rescinded.
