Health and Wellness Benefits

We prioritize the well-being of our employees and their families by offering a wide range of health and wellness benefits. Our commitment to your health starts right away, as full-time employees become eligible for these benefits on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. Our all-inclusive approach to health encompasses a wide array of options designed to meet the needs of you and your family and ensure peace of mind. All plans offer coverage for employees, spouses, and dependent children (unless indicated otherwise).

There are three medical plan options, including low, mid, and high deductible plans, allowing employees to choose the coverage that suits their needs. All plans offer free preventive care as defined by the ACA and a rich prescription drug formulary with 4 tier levels, which ensures broad medication coverage.

Hundreds of non-emergency surgical procedures are provided free of charge or at a significantly discounted rate for our medical plan members, spouses, and dependent children.

Employees can choose from two dental plan options, both with 100% preventive care. Plan differences are in out-of-pocket maximums and pediatric orthodontic lifetime maximums.

Vision benefits include a group vision plan and local practice employee discounts.

Eligible employees can contribute pre-tax deductions toward a portable HSA when enrolled in our High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) option. We also offer pre-tax deductions for general healthcare, daycare, and a limited-purpose healthcare FSA for those with an HSA.

This company-paid benefit provides employees on a leave of absence, for illness or injury, with paid benefits for the short & long term.

This company-paid benefit offers employees coverage for life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance for themselves, spouses, and dependents. Employees can also elect and pay for additional supplemental life and AD&D coverage for themselves, spouses, and dependents.

This company-paid benefit offers 24/7 access to a provider via phone or video at little to no cost anytime and anywhere. Available to all full-time employees, spouses, and dependents, regardless of enrollment within our medical plan.

This company-paid benefit offers free confidential, personal, and online/web-based support for employees and their families on a wide variety of important and relevant topics — such as stress management, dependent/elder care, nutrition, fitness, legal, and financial issues.

Comprehensive accident coverage includes monetary benefits for emergency room visits, hospital admissions, and more.

Critical illness benefits of up to $20,000 for covered conditions like invasive cancer, heart attack, and stroke.

Financial Benefits

EyeSouth Partners recognizes the importance of financial security and work-life balance in fostering a satisfying and productive career. Our range of financial benefits is designed to support you in achieving your financial goals while also ensuring you have the time you need to recharge and enjoy life outside of work. These benefits are available to our full-time and part-time employees.

Employees are eligible to contribute to their 401k plan on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment. A company-sponsored match is available after 1 year of employment and there is no vesting schedule.

PTO is an all-inclusive system, enabling you to use your time for vacations, illness, personal matters, and more. Starting at a generous 2.5 weeks per year, your PTO accrual increases with each year of dedicated service. Full-time employees can carry over up to 80 hours of PTO annually, ensuring you have the flexibility you need.

Our standard holiday schedule includes 7.5 holidays, but it does vary with each individual practice. For our part-time employees, we provide 1/2 the rate for holidays, valuing your commitment regardless of your work schedule.
