Steve Graham
Vice President, Supply Chain
Steve Graham is the Vice President of Supply Chain at EyeSouth Partners, where he leads enterprise-wide supply chain strategy, procurement, vendor partnerships, inventory optimization, and AP & Dynamics 365 (D365) operational support across the organization. He brings a strong track record of building high-performing teams, implementing scalable systems, and driving operational efficiencies that support both practice performance and patient experience.
Prior to EyeSouth, Steve held several senior leadership roles at EyeCare Partners, where he founded and scaled the company’s procurement function and later led merchandising, planning, and allocation for its retail optical business. His work delivered significant financial impact, including multi-million-dollar reductions in working capital through process improvement and technology implementation.
Earlier in his career, Steve held leadership roles in analytics, category management, and finance at Express Scripts, Save-A-Lot, and Wells Fargo, where he specialized in data-driven strategy, large-scale operations support, and cross-functional integration.
Steve earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Central Missouri, where he also played collegiate golf. He is known for his collaborative leadership style and focuses on aligning operational strategy with long-term organizational growth. Outside of work, Steve enjoys the outdoors, whether it’s hunting, fishing, or playing golf, and currently spends most of his free time with his wife and two kids, who are active in sports.
