Chief Human Resources Officer
Rebecca Shoniber serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at EyeSouth Partners and is a core member of EyeSouth’s executive leadership team, with responsibility spanning people strategy, M&A integration, operational execution, and growth enablement. Since joining EyeSouth in 2018, Rebecca has played a central role in scaling the organization through rapid growth and acquisition activity.
In addition to leading enterprise HR strategy, Rebecca oversees EyeSouth’s M&A Integration Management Office (IMO) and Project Management Office (PMO), where she drives post‑affiliation execution, cross‑functional coordination, and accountability across complex, multi‑workstream initiatives. She partners closely with executive leaders and practice leadership to ensure acquisitions, operational transformations, and strategic initiatives are delivered on time, with clarity and discipline.
Rebecca also leads EyeSouth’s physician recruiting function, aligning provider growth with market strategy and operational readiness. Her combined oversight of recruiting, integration, and operational execution enables a tightly coordinated approach to growth, ensuring that people, processes, systems, and culture scale together.
Across her responsibilities, Rebecca is known for building practical, repeatable operating models that balance standardization with doctor‑led practice autonomy. Her scope includes workforce integration, executive and manager development, compliance and employee relations, benefits and leave administration, HR technology modernization, and enterprise program management.
Prior to EyeSouth, Rebecca worked as an outsourced HR and operational advisor across multiple industries, including healthcare, supporting organizations through periods of growth and change. She holds a B.A. in Business with a concentration in Human Resources from Wichita State University and maintains her SHRM‑CP certification.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband Cody and their daughter Ella.
