Candice Davis
Chief Revenue Cycle Officer
Candice serves as Chief Revenue Cycle Officer for EyeSouth Partners. In this role, she leads the RCM strategy of scalable billing and collections operations to support growth through technology and centralization of multi-location RCM operations.
She brings 20 years’ experience in high growth, early-stage, private equity backed healthcare startups. Of that time, 18 years were spent in ophthalmic/optometric operations and finance where her concentrations were in technology, practice operations, acquisition and divestitures.
Prior to joining EyeSouth Partners, Candice worked at Eyefinity, a VSP Global company, where she built and launched Eyefinity’s first Professional Managed Services RCM service offering. Candice also served as the Vice President of Professional Services at Eyefinity, where she led Small Business and Enterprise EMR implementations including Pearle Vision Practice Management nationwide.
She has a B.S. in Business Administration as well as B.S. in Accounting from North Carolina Wesleyan College. She recently relocated to Atlanta from Sacramento, CA.
