Beena Alex is the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management at EyeSouth Partners, where she leads the organization’s revenue cycle strategy, optimizing billing, collections, and patient financial processes across the network. She is focused on enhancing financial performance, streamlining operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and practices.
Before joining EyeSouth, Beena held senior leadership roles in healthcare operations and revenue cycle management, including Associate Director at Emory Healthcare and Vice President of Revenue Cycle at American Health Imaging. She also served as Chief Administrative Officer at Pediatric Ear, Nose & Throat of Atlanta, and held practice and operations leadership positions across Northside Hospital, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and several other healthcare organizations.
Beena brings more than two decades of experience in revenue cycle, financial analysis, operations management, and strategic planning. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, implementing process improvements, and leveraging data-driven strategies to improve financial outcomes across complex healthcare organizations.
